Initiatives aimed at strengthening the heart of the community, such as:

• Streetscape enhancements, beautification, and public art

• Pocket parks, gathering spaces, and community plazas

• Façade improvement programs for commercial districts

• Historic preservation and revitalization efforts

2. Community Facilities & Public Spaces
Projects that enhance quality of life and support community engagement, including:

• Improvements to community centers, libraries, and multi-use public facilities

• Trails, green spaces, and recreational amenities that contribute to community well-being

• Visitor amenities that support tourism growth and enhance public experience

3. Blight Reduction & Neighborhood Improvement
Programs focused on strengthening neighborhoods and improving property conditions, such as:
